What Stands Out
This ad genuinely targets senior, specialized professionals rather than general applicants — every role asks for at least a decade of relevant experience, and several specifically want prior exposure to ADB or World Bank-funded infrastructure projects. So if you don’t have donor-funded project experience, roles like Procurement Specialist or Assistant Manager Procurement may be a tough fit despite meeting the base qualification. If you’re comparing this against other infrastructure or public-sector management roles, check similar listings under Government Jobs on the site.
