The Third Labour Court in Hub, Balochistan has advertised two openings — Account and Junior Clerk — through a notice issued by the Presiding Officer’s office on August 10, 2026. Both are entry-to-mid-level support roles within the court’s administrative setup, and both carry one important condition that rules out a large share of applicants before qualifications even come into play.
What a Labour Court Actually Handles
Labour courts in Pakistan deal specifically with industrial and employment disputes — cases between workers and employers, wage claims, wrongful termination, and matters under labour law. Working in the administrative side of one (as opposed to a general civil court) usually means handling case files, correspondence, and accounts tied to labour litigation specifically, which is a narrower and more specialized environment than a typical district office.
Positions & Eligibility
| Post | Grade (BPS) | Posts | Qualification | Age Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Account | 15-B | 1 | B.Com, BA Economics, or BBA | 18–30 years |
| Junior Clerk | 11-B | 1 | Intermediate + office-related coursework/experience | 18–30 years |
Who Can Actually Apply — The Domicile Rule
This is the detail most applicants from outside the area will miss: only candidates holding a local domicile of Hub district are eligible. Qualifications alone won’t help if you’re not a Hub domicile holder — the ad states this as a hard eligibility filter, not a preference. If you’re applying from elsewhere in Balochistan or another province, this listing isn’t open to you regardless of your degree.
One exception on age: government employees who have completed 3 years of military service get an upper age limit of 35 years instead of 30, provided they apply through their own department.

How to Apply — By Post, Not Online
Unlike listings that route through an online portal, this one is entirely manual:
Applications must be submitted on plain paper, along with two recent passport-size photographs and attested copies of your educational certificates and local domicile ID card. Everything goes to the Superintendent’s office of the Third Labour Court, Hub, and must arrive by August 22, 2026 — applications after that date won’t be accepted, no exceptions mentioned.
Government employees already in service can route their applications through their own department rather than applying directly.
Other Terms Worth Knowing Before You Apply
- Test and interview scheduling will be communicated to candidates later — there’s no fixed date given upfront
- No travel expenses (TA/DA) will be paid for attending the test or interview
- The court has reserved the right to cancel the interview process at any stage without giving a reason
