PSDP Sindh School Reconstruction Project Jobs 2026

The Office of the Project Director, PSDP, has issued a call for Expression of Interest (EOI). This is different from a standard job application. The project falls under PSDP Scheme No. 2287 (2026-27). It covers reconstruction of 833 flood-damaged school buildings across Sindh from the 2022 floods, under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh.

Since this is an EOI rather than a typical government recruitment, the process works a bit differently. Candidates need to submit a detailed CV. It should clearly show their qualifications, relevant experience, and how their background fits the specific role. There’s no fixed application form to fill out here.

Eligibility Criteria and Terms of Reference

The detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) and eligibility criteria for every position are available online. Candidates should check these before applying, since the newspaper ad only summarizes each role. Visit devdashboard-pdr2.sindheducation.gov.pk to review the full criteria.

Only candidates domiciled in Sindh are eligible to apply. The project may extend contracts for well-performing candidates based on their track record. However, only shortlisted candidates will get a call for test or interview. Anyone shortlisted must bring original documents to verify their credentials at that stage.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should send their CV to the Office of the Project Director, PSDP, 2nd Floor, DDA Building, Sindh Secretariat No. 03, Karachi. You can also email your application to piu.psdp.pdr@gmail.com. Applications must reach within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication date.

Since the ad appeared in Daily Jang on 4 September 2026, that puts the closing date at roughly 19 September 2026. Still, it’s worth confirming the exact date given how EOI-based recruitments sometimes adjust timelines.

For more information, you can call 021-99211180 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A Few Things Worth Noting

This project runs under SPPRA rules for consultant hiring, so the evaluation follows a structured scoring system rather than a simple merit list. Applications received after the deadline won’t be entertained, and incomplete submissions face the same outcome.

Since several posts here call for civil engineering and construction-monitoring backgrounds specifically tied to the post-flood school rebuilding effort, this is a good match if you’ve worked on infrastructure or public-sector construction projects before. For similar technical and management-level government openings, check our Government Jobs section. If your background leans toward finance, MIS, or communications instead, our Sindh Jobs listings cover a broader mix of roles across departments.
