Which Campus Is Hiring for What
The ad is clear that the Lecturer (Physics) post is exclusively for PAA Model College, Karachi. The remaining three posts are exclusively for PAA Model High School, CATI, Hyderabad. Check this before you apply, because applying for a post at the wrong campus will not work.

Lecturer for Physics (PAA Model College, JIAP, Karachi only, 01 post)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in the relevant subject
- Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant teaching experience at HSC level

Secondary Teacher for Chemistry (PAA Model High School, CATI, Hyderabad, 01 post)
- Qualification: Master’s degree in the relevant subject
- Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant teaching experience at SSC level
- Package: Up to Rs. 55,000
Lower Secondary Teacher for Computer Science & Urdu (Hyderabad, 01 post)
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject
- Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant teaching experience of Lower Secondary classes
- Package: Up to Rs. 50,000
Junior Teacher for Pre Primary Section (Montessori Directress) (Hyderabad, 01 post, female only)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in Montessori
- Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant teaching experience at ECE level
- Package: Up to Rs. 45,000
Experience Is Tied to the Level You Will Teach
Every post asks for two years of teaching experience, but the level is different each time: HSC for the Physics lecturer, SSC for Chemistry, Lower Secondary for Computer Science & Urdu, and ECE for the Montessori post. Experience at a different level may not count the way you expect. If you have taught Chemistry only at college level, for example, confirm with the school whether that meets the SSC-level requirement.
Note also that the Computer Science & Urdu post combines two subjects. The ad does not say whether one person is expected to teach both, so confirm this when you apply.
Gender and Equal Opportunity
The ad states it is an equal opportunity employer, but for the Junior Teacher (Montessori) post it says female candidates will be given preference, and the post is marked “Only Female” in the table.
Private Employment, Not Airports Authority Service
The ad states that employment in PAA Schools & College is purely private in nature and has no connection with employment in Pakistan Airports Authority. Do not expect Airports Authority service benefits, and any misinformation or attempt to influence the selection process will be treated as a definite disqualification.

The date of the written test for eligible candidates will be communicated through email, so use an email address you check regularly. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test.
Who Is Not Eligible
Applicants who were dismissed or terminated from the services of earlier organizations, or those who resigned from PAA Schools & College service under questionable circumstances, will not be considered. PAA Schools & College also reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any application.
