The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a walk-in test and interview specifically for female residents across six tehsils in the Sukkur region. This recruitment operates under Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.
Unlike most postings on this site, there’s no CV submission or online application process here. Instead, eligible candidates need to show up in person on a specific date, at a specific venue, for both the test and interview.
Available Position
Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator – Female)
- Maximum age: 25 years
- Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
This single post title spans 6 vacancies, one each tied to a specific tehsil and NRC (NADRA Registration Center) location:
- Garhi Yasin, Shikarpur District — NRC Madeji
- Salehpat, Sukkur District — NRC Salehpat
- Moro, Naushahro Feroze District — NRC Moro
- Thul, Jacobabad District — NRC Thul
- Sakrand, Shaheed Benazirabad District — NRC Sakrand
- Kingri, Khairpur District — NRC Pir Jo Goth

Who Can Actually Apply Here
This is the detail that matters most before you make any travel plans. Only female residents of the respective Tehsil, verified through CNIC or domicile, will get allowed into the test and interview. So a candidate from Sukkur city can’t sit for the Moro or Thul slot, even if it’s the same broader region.
Check your CNIC address carefully against the tehsil list above before planning to attend, since NADRA has been explicit that this eligibility rule won’t get relaxed.
Test and Interview Schedule
The written test happens on Tuesday, 29th September 2026, with registration running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Interviews for those who qualify follow the next day, Wednesday, 30th September 2026, starting at 9:00 AM onwards.
Both the test and interview take place at the same venue: NADRA Regional Head Office, 89-A Sindhi Co-Operative Housing Society, Airport Road, Sukkur.
Documents to Bring
Candidates must bring original documents on the test day itself — personal, educational, CV, and professional documents as specified. NADRA has stated clearly that requests for consideration after the scheduled time won’t get entertained, so arriving late or without complete documentation likely means missing your chance entirely.
If you’re already working in a Government or Semi-Government department, you’ll need to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test, not later. Attested certificates from your respective educational board are also required at the interview stage.
A Few Terms Worth Knowing
Selected candidates go through a 6-month probation period, which may extend depending on performance. NADRA has also stated that the appointment is location-specific, meaning once you’re hired against a particular NRC location, transfer requests won’t get entertained later.
A general 5-year age relaxation is already built into the maximum age limit stated above. No further relaxation requests will be considered beyond that.
Electronic gadgets like mobile phones and smart watches aren’t allowed during the test or interview, so leave them at home or with someone outside the venue. No TA/DA gets paid for attending either stage.
Selected candidates will also need to submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates before finalizing their appointment. It’s worth noting the appointment doesn’t confer any entitlement to permanent employment or regularization, since this is explicitly stated as a defined-term contractual role.
How to Prepare
NADRA has made a sample test available under the Downloads section at careers.nadra.gov.pk, so it’s worth reviewing this before test day rather than walking in unprepared. A QR code on the original advertisement also links directly to further details.
Worth Knowing
Minority and differently-abled candidates are specifically encouraged to apply, according to the terms listed. Since this recruitment spans six different districts across the Sukkur region — Shikarpur, Sukkur, Naushahro Feroze, Jacobabad, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Khairpur — it’s a genuinely province-spanning opportunity rather than a single-city posting, despite being centered around one head office for testing.
Given how specific the tehsil-based eligibility is here, double-check your domicile district against the table above before making the trip to Sukkur, since a mismatch means you likely won’t be permitted to sit for the test at all.
