How to Get the Application Form
You can download application forms from the HITMS website. Alternatively, collect one from the Office of the Registrar. Either way, you’ll need to submit the completed form along with a Demand Draft or Pay Order of Rs 5,000/- (non-refundable) as the processing fee, in favor of HITMS.
Where and When to Submit
Applications must reach the Office of the Registrar, HITMS, Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad. The deadline is within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication. So don’t delay once you’ve prepared your documents.
Documents to Attach
Submit one copy of your bio-data/CV. Attach attested copies of educational degrees and certificates. Include one recent passport-size photograph and research publications, where applicable, properly bound together.
Eligibility Rules to Keep in Mind
Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel. The institute will determine qualification and experience as of the closing date, not the interview date. Therefore, make sure your credentials are current before submitting.
If you’re applying for more than one post, submit a separate application form, processing fee, and supporting documents for each post. Otherwise, the institute won’t consider your extra applications valid.
What Gets Rejected
The institute won’t entertain incomplete applications. This also applies to applications missing required certificates, the processing fee, or those received after the due date. So clearly mark the post you’re applying for on the envelope, and double-check everything before mailing it.
Other Terms
The institute reserves the right to cancel any advertised post. It may also increase or decrease the number of posts without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted candidates will get a call for the written test or interview — the institute won’t separately notify ineligible candidates. Additionally, no TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
