PPHI Sindh has advertised 17 positions in a single notice. That makes it one of the largest health-sector ads in the province this month. The company says it was set up under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It wants candidates who hold a Sindh domicile. Every post is on contract basis, and several are one-year project posts. Check these two points before anything else.
The ad lists no salary and no vacancy count for any post. Some posts do show an age limit. Those are noted below.
Senior and project posts at the Head Office, Karachi
Project Coordinator (1 year project)
- Qualification: MBBS with MSPH or MPH
- Experience: 10 years in primary health care management, including 5 years in TB care services
- Age: maximum 55 years
Project Director, PILL Project (Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning)
- Qualification: MPhil in Psychology
- Experience: 10 years in health system programs, including at least 5 years in mental health research or project management
- Also required: at least 5 research publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Age: maximum 55 years
Project Officer (1 year project)
- Qualification: MBA, MSPH or MPH
- Experience: 3 years in project management, coordination or administration in health programs at provincial or regional level
- Age: maximum 50 years
Manager MNCH
- Qualification: MBBS only, or BDS with MSPH/MPH, or BSN with MSPH/MPH
- Experience: 3 years in maternal and child health or public health programs
- Also required: proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Program Manager
- Qualification: MPH, MSPH or HPM with 2 years of experience in health and nutrition programs. The other route is a four-year bachelor’s in Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, Biomedical or Pharm D with at least 5 years in maternal and child health and nutrition projects.
- Also required: experience as a district lead or at provincial level in a conditional cash transfer programme
- Preferred: nutrition project management experience
Finance, audit and procurement posts at the Head Office
Three finance posts share a similar structure. Each accepts a professional body route or a 16-year degree route.
Deputy Chief Finance
- Route one: ACCA or ICMA member with 4 years of post-qualification experience, or a CA Finalist
- Route two: M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance), 16 years from an HEC-recognized university, with 7 years of post-qualification experience
Manager Finance & Accounts
- Route one: ACCA or ICMA member with 2 years, or a CA Finalist
- Route two: the same degrees as above, with 5 years of post-qualification experience
Internal Auditor
- Route one: ACCA Finalist, CA Finalist or ICMA with 2 years
- Route two: the same degrees as above, with 3 years of experience
Procurement Executive (1 year project)
- Qualification: MBA in Supply Chain Management or Procurement
- Experience: 3 years in procurement or supply chain
Field posts across Sindh
Public Health Specialist (all regions)
- Qualification: MBBS with MPH, MSPH, FCPS or equivalent
- Experience: at least 2 years, especially in a district or province position in health programs
- Government medical officers who meet the criteria may apply through proper channel. If selected, they receive an allowance on top of their existing salary under company policy.
Pharmacist / Store Manager (all over Sindh)
- Qualification: graduation in Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 years after qualification
- Preferred: computer skills and warehouse or supply chain certificates
Assistant Admin (all over Sindh)
- Qualification: MBA or MPA, with relevant experience preferred. Alternatively, any graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a reputable organization.
Laboratory Technician and X-Ray Technician (all over Sindh)
- Qualification: diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institute registered with the Sindh Medical Faculty, Pakistan Nursing Council or equivalent
- Experienced candidates get preference

Facility-level posts in the districts
Three posts sit at health facilities in specific districts. Each facility draws on its own union council.
Attendant (BMU) (1 year project) and Laboratory Attendant (GeneXpert) (1 year project)
- Qualification: Matric pass, with a CNIC or a residence certificate from the specific union council
- Experience: at least 1 year, though fresh candidates can also apply
- Age: under 45 years
- The ad lists the districts and facilities in two separate tables. Districts include Thatta, Sukkur, Dadu, Badin, Mirpurkhas, Khairpur and Tharparkar. Check the full list in the original ad for your facility.
Aya / Female Attendant
- Qualification: Primary pass
- Residence: local resident of the same union council, living near the advertised facility
- Age: 18 to 45 years
Pay, benefits and rules
The ad gives no salary figures. It does list benefits: Provident Fund, EOBI, and Health and Medical Insurance. Medical and para-medic staff may also receive hard areas, cluster, evening or night shift, and holiday compensation allowances. Terms and conditions apply.
PPHI warns that only registered and eligible candidates can appear for the test or interview. Bring your original CNIC, degrees or diplomas, experience certificates, PRC and domicile. No TA/DA is paid. Successful candidates must join immediately. The company can amend or cancel the hiring process at any stage.

Register before the closing date, because the portal is the only route the ad gives. The HR Wing at the Head Office in Karachi handles the process. The ad also carries a zero tolerance policy on sexual exploitation and abuse. Any involvement leads to immediate termination.
